The dentist was quiet and did not say much but I think the work he did was decent. My fiancé and his family had been going to him for years but none of us are going anymore MOSTLY due to his front office staff!!!!

About Front Desk: If I could give negative stars I would. I have never actually made an online review, but the office manager here has the worst customer service (towards me) that I have ever experienced!!! This office lost 5 patients due to her behavior on multiple occasions. And then when we requested our insurance info she said no and hung up!!! If want to be treated like a patient and not dollar signs that are expendable go somewhere else!!! This office is not personable and does not care !!!

About Hygienist: She was fine as she did not really hurt me but she did not stand out very routine

Dr. Charles Fischer seems to be very competent, intelligent, and efficient. He is not however, very warm or friendly. I appreciate the way they do crowns. They have an in-house lab and can get them done in one day...excellent!

About Front Desk: Very friendly, competent, and helpful in scheduling appointments and also with billing matters.

About Hygienist: Seems to be different ones each time I go. Most have been competent and friendly. A few however, were probably new to the field and did not seem very competent.

Dr. and wife team, moving offices and in a state of disarray; consistently improper billing practices that seem to be aimed at Tricare/United Concordia patients; Office manager is unprofessional and rude, does not bill insurance properly, resulting in denied coverage.

Dr. Ficher did little to mitigate my previously expressed anxiety over dental procedures. When the time came to have a filling, the anethesia he administered was the most painful dental procedure I have had in my entire life experience with dentists. As a result of this I will no longer see him again.
