I don't know why the prior review was so bad. I have been twice in the last year and am happy with them as my dentist office. No problems at all, friendly. I mean I can imagine a rich-and-famous dentist offering incense, goat cheese and wine but it's a dentists office for goodness sake!

Dr. Schultz did my cosmetic dentistry, fillings and implants. I have to say I have never had more pain in my life. His so called "painless" injections were so painful that I got migraines, infections in my gums, etc. My implant that he did cracked and came off. When I called the office I was told that I was not ":part of the family" if I had a problem to report. Also, the fillings that he did leaked. I was overbilled and it took my insurance company multiple calls to get it straightened out. When Dr. Schultz was working on me, his hands were shaking badly. It was as if he was "somewhere else." I kept asking about my teeth and he answered as if he was answering a completely different question. His hands slipped, slicing my gums, cutting them, making them bleed. He actually filled the Wrong tooth and left the cavity unfilled to the one that had a terrible toothache all weekend long. His office had a sticky floor and also had a terrible odor. Dr. Schultz was unclean, unkept and had a bad odor to himself. He seemed as if he were high or on effects of drugs. I hope noone makes the mistake that I did and subjects themselves to this quack. He should be reported to the American Dental Association,. His staff was very unprofessio

About Hygienist: I was in so much pain from Dr. Schultz working on me that I was going to have the hygenist work on me but the hygenist was coughing and sneezing and I was afraid I would catch something.
