I went to Dr Quincy and had crowns put on all my teeth(12,000.00). one crown was never seated good. I went back many time and he would tell me that it would work itself loose and then he would reset it. well over the course of time it got bacteria under the loose crown and in turn caused me to loose 2 teeth and $10,000.00 in trying to restore my teeth. I would never commend this Dentist to Anyone not ever for my dog!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Dr. Quincy for crowns on my front teeth, and he did a terrible job. The margins are horrible, leaving my teeth open to bacteria and decay. Every dentist I have been to since is horrified by what he did to me. I am now in the process of shelling out $5K+ to get them redone properly. Nice guy but not a good dentist when it comes anything beyond fillings.

I had Dr. Quincy do follow up work after an unpleasant experience with another dentist. He helped me avoid unnecessary work that the other dentist tried to get me to do. He had a very friendly and pleasant demeanor and personality. I would go back to his office if he was covered by my dental discount plan.

He is curtious and gental. Everthing from cleaning to crown have been virtually painless

Use caution when visiting this dentist. Put my daughters pain off for months, kept prescribing pain medications every week to a 15 YEAR OLD! Her face finally swelled up like a balloon and had to have emergency surgery. Will never use him again, beware!

I HAD LOTS OF DENTAL WORK THROUGH DR.QUINCY. AND ITS BEEN THREE YEARS SINCE IVE BEEN BACK, AND MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID IN FULL, AND I NEED TO GO BACK TO HIM, BECAUSE I AM HAVING TERRIBLE PAIN UNDER MY PERMANENT FRONT DENTURE, AND THEY WONT LET ME PAY OUT MY SERVICES. AND I TOLD THE OFFICE I WAS ALWAYS PAID UP WHEN I HAD 6 PERMANENT DENTURES PUT IN. AND BELIEVE ME THAT WAS EXPENSIVE. AND NOW THAT I NEED HELP THEY WONT LET ME PAY IT OUT. I THINK THATS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My family and i were patients of Dr. Quincy, but we started having problems with his wife, she is the receptionist. I'm sure Dr. Quincy has receieved lots of complaints on her. This lady is very rude. I know Dr. Quincy will lose lots of patients as a result of this. I really did like the dentist, he is a very nice person.

My family and I have been going to Dr. John Quincy in Fort Worth since 1998, and had been very happy with the whole staff.Until Dr. Quincy got sick about a year ago he was no longer seeing patients.When we finally found out he was back we started going back to his office.He had a totally new staff, which i really did'nt have a problem except for the receptionist. I believe this lady is prejudice, which she treated me and my daughter very rudely.After seeing this dentist for 6 years and there was five in my family that got braces at this office with no problem,and now this rude receptionist sends us a card by certified mail saying that my daughters and i can no longer be seen there even though we had a follow up appt. Dr. Quincy is a pleasant dentist but the customer service could be a whole lot better. Apparently his wife is the office manager and simply has a terrible attitude. She is rude and crude.. She must think of the patients as adversaries. Maybe Dr. Q will wise up and get someone else to run the office before he doesn't have any patients left.
