I visited the office, and was taken back on how dingee and dirty the office is. I can't imagine the office being up to OSHA standards!! Dr.Kalusha was short and not to informative. I witnessed him mistreat a staff member. Overall more and more negative behavior. And he's on my insurance plan, and would not honor the price from my ins. co. He wanted to charge me more then the nego.price.because he said the ins. has not raised there prices!!! Really!!! that's what you negotiated. Although the only positive experience was with Cindy. Super nice and helpful. But he terrible human being!!!!!

Dr. Kalusha is beyond professional, kind, and gentle. He is young enough to know all the latest technology but old school enough to know Chris's first name on his 2nd visit. I have been to a lot of dentists in my time and I don't think that I have ever seen such good care given. We had originally used another office and chose Dr. Kalusha for a 2nd opinion after being told that the cost of fixing Chris's teeth would be the cost of a 2 year old KIA. Dr. Kalusha has much better rates and we couldn't be happier with him.
About Hygienist: There was no hygienist used this time because it was an extraction, however, I can't leave Cindy out of this review... She is AWESOME. Best customer service ever.

Dr. Kaulsha is very polite and soft spoken, with a calming voice when dealing with kids. I have never had any insurance issues, or excessive pain after any procedure. His costs are quite reasonable and in line with insurance rates.

Dr. Kalusha and his staff are great! The front staff took care of all my insurance needs before my first appointment. I go into all my visits knowing exactly what my bill will be. Dr. Kalusha was very helpful in recommending a specialist when I needed it - in fact, they set up the appointment for me. My experiences have been very relaxed and easy going.
