His practice is poor and I actually suffered some damage in my treated tooth, which resulted that I had to receive root canal. And he does not focus on his work, he is always distracted by some music and changing the volume all the time even during the treatment (by using his plastic glove!). Maybe he is negligent to keep the tooth and device sterile during procedure.
