Facilities seem to be top of the line technologically. There's nothing more convincing than a live picture of the inside of your mouth, to justify the work being recommended. Dr. Ueckert will show you why/where you need work and explains it in simple terms. I am in the process of re-doing fillings that are 25 years old. Those are the kinds of procedures that are easy to avoid because you wonder if it's really necessary. He will show you exactly why you need work and help you prioritize it. You will not feel like you are "making someone's boat payment." As far procedures go, Dr Ueckert is thoughtful and always let's you know the next step while he is working in your mouth. The office staff is wonderful. They are a positive, professional and happy group. They make billing very easy/working with your insurance co. I honestly don't have anything negative to say at all. Dental work is expensive, but it's the same everywhere you go. I feel lucky I found Dr. Ueckert. There are 5 of us in my office that see him now. That should speak volumes.

Dr Ueckert is a great dentist. He has been working on my teeth for a long time. His facility is well layed out and very comfortable. This staff is also very helpful and great at what they do.

I had all of the fillings on the top of my mouth replaced by Dr. Ueckert. I also had a crown done and a bite guard made. I was very happy with the service. His office took my insurance, the front desk was very helpful. His staff was very professional.

Dr. Ueckert and his assistants have made going to the dentist one of the least stressful experiences. This is especially true since I have had some negative experiences in the past with dentists. I have seldom been treated with as much care and professionalism by anybody as I have with Dr. Ueckert. I would recommend him as a dentist to anyone without hesitation.

I moved and tried another dentist. The other dentist was fine; but not to the caliber of Dr. Ueckert. Now I drive over an hour to continue using Dr. Ueckert. He is very worth it. He has solid knowledge & skill. He has a gentle technique that puts me at ease. The office environment is very soothing. The staff further complements the friendly yet professional style of Dr. Uekert. They strive to see patients on time; and at the same time strive to be accomodating when I'm late or need a last minute appointment. Best of all, he doesn't try to sell me lots of dental procedures; although is very helpful if I'm asking about one (like whitening or veneers). As a bonus, they offer small comfort items for you as they do procedures, e.g. sunglasses to block the glare of light above your head; headphones with or without music to drown out the drilling sound. And give you free stuff -- toothpastes, mouthwash, coupons for free yogurt if you ask.

Dr. Ueckert has done 2 crowns for me and general check-ups over the past 6 or 7 years. He takes great pride in his work and is very empathetic. I have never felt pain during his work and he takes care to make sure you are numb when needed. His numbing shots haven't hurt either. Great manners. Nice smile. Friendly and knowegeable hygienists and front desk. Provides financing, if needed.

Dr. Uechert and his staff are top-notch all the way. I went in as a terrified, armrest-gripping patient and two visits later I've had multiple porcelain fillings and two crowns -- all with absolutely no pain (with the help of oral sedation).
It's true what you hear about this office keeping their appointments on time -- I've never had to wait beyond two minutes of my scheduled appointment before being whisked into a treatment room and promptly seeing the doctor.
A bit more pricey than others in the Austin area, but for the treatment I received, and absence of pain...Dr. Uechert is worth every penny.

On my First Visit I felt as if I had been a favorite patient for many years. I enjoyed a very pleasant first visit process and exam. The staff makes you feel like a VIP coming home to your small hometown. Dr. Ueckert was very thorough, straightforward and used the most high tech methods and techniques so that you could participate in your own treatment by watching everything done or examined on a video monitor just for you.
I feel confident that this is the place to solve my many toothless smile issues resulting from a car accident. Finally we can finish my previous Dentist's procrastination and abandonment of the 3 Implants that have been in my mouth for over 3 years!
With Dr. Ueckert I can see and feel his confidence and success. We will make a dental plan together, work the plan together and enjoy the results. I can already see my future smile on the horizon.

Dr. Ueckert was a pleasant doctor but I waited for 45 minutes for him to come in after my teeth were cleaned. His prices are very high. The appt. lady is quite annoying and tends to stand about 6 inches from your face when she talks to you. She is also condescending.
