After several years of good care by a former dentist in this practice, referring friends, continuing extensive care thereafter, I was descriminated based on my ADA covered disability & denied basic dental care (routine cleaning). Glenda (receptionist) stated she didn't know Dr. Roquero had denied access to care when I arrived (waiver would not be accepted), asked "What's so hard about having x-rays", demanded letters from all physicians (dr info was in my file) & the hygienist continued to bully me about necessary xrays after I had already explained my Oncologist restricted my radiation exposure. I repeated I had cancer/was in remission, my Oncologists orders & was yelled at to leave as I was exiting. Please seek out cancer.org & Cancer legal resources for care, disability rights resources if this happens to you.

Dr. Roquero has been my dentist for over 15 years. I am very satisfied with her work. She has a wonderful chair-side manner and shows true concern for her patients. Her hands are confident and gentle. I have inherited a number of dental issues and she has been so helpful in getting me through them. She referred me for gum grafting and has done both root canals and crowns for me. I am never heavily sedated and yet have been relaxed enough to come close to falling asleep during a procedure. I like being able to listen to music through the headphones. She has provided a blanket if felt cold, sunglasses to cut out bright lights, and always music of my choice to listen to. She occasionally asks if I am doing o.k. and takes notice if I shift positions in the chair. It is obvious to me that she is concerned not only about my dental health, but about my comfort. Staff is always very courteous, professional and supportive.

Doesnt seem to know much. Starts a procedure and then refers you to a specialist.
