I had a deep clean and will be returning for fillings and caps. Dr. Munkel is extremely friendly and caring. He explained everything thoroughly and triple checked that my teeth and gums were squeaky clean! He continuously checked to make sure I was feeling no pain and even called personally the next day to check on me. I have never left an on line review before, but he and his staff made such an impression I want to spread the word to everyone how amazing they are!
About Front Desk: Mara is at the front desk and has such an inviting attitude and smile. She is also very knowledgable and was able to answer any and all of my questions. She sat with me in an office(instead of at the front desk) to explain all of my upcoming procedures, payments, how my insurance will work, length of appointments, every detail. I can not tell you how much I appreciated that! She is great!

About Hygienist: Vicki is also very warm and compassionate. She is so gentle and thorough and has tons of advice and tips. She made me feel very comfortable like I was family.

Dr. Munkel is a wonderful dentist. He made me feel very comfortable as I normally don't like going to the dentist. He even called me personally to see how my new anti teeth grinding device was working for me. Everyone in the office is so friendly and office is also extremely clean and comforting. The only problem is that the dental insurance is very limited, and sadly, he is not on my new plan. I give his office my highest recommendation!

I just saw Dr. Munkel today and am scheduled to return for further work. Because treatment has not yet started, I cannot give 5 stars for some of the categories. However, I know that he put me at ease and his staff was very courteous and helpful. I will update my review after subsequent treatments.

I'm an extremely fearful patient, waiting years to have work done. Dr. Munkel has been nothing short of gracious, sensitive, understanding with an upbeat chair-side manner. Additionally, he is most respectful of the level of information I want to hear and does not sugar-coat the truth.
Because of my faith and trust in him, I have had a root canal, an oral surgeon eval, periodontal eval (with future treatment), 2 crowns with 2 more scheduled in the near future. Most likely, I will get some veneers when I have my bridge replaced.
As I said to Dr. Munkel, "I am SOOO lucky that I like you, because I wouldn't be doing all this if I didn't." I highly recommend him and his office.
