I, my wife and my 2 children (8 and 7) see Dr. Marotta. We have been there for 2 years now and have always been treated very professionally and courteously. My kids have no fear going to see him. His staff is also very nice. Once, when my wife chipped a tooth, he even fixed up some surrounding teeth (at no charge) to make the repair job look even better. He is also not pushy when it comes to all the cosmetic procedures. When we first joined he gave us information on all the latest procedure for whitening, veneers, etc., but he has never pressured us or hounded us to get any unnecessary work done.

I am a patient of this dentist but not for long. I am in the middle of some extensive dental work that I am not happy with. I have had two front crowns done. Each one is a different color. I tpointed this out to him and he said (paraphrasing) no one could notice from across the room. I told him that I had family members that said they could easily see the color was not right.
He then said if I was not satisfied with his work I could go to another dentist to finish. I told him I would go to another dentis if he would refund my money so that I did't have to pay twice for poor work. Of course he said no to this.
I am now stuck. I have to go bak to him next week and have him finish my implant (3rd front tooth). I am nervous as to how this will turn out but I can't afford to go somewhere else now. I will follow up with a FAIR report. I would much rather have good-natural looking teeth than to have another reason to give a bad report.

in my opinion, this dentist attempts to pass himself off as a cosmetic dentist, but he is definitely not. He did implant work and crown work to my front teeth and the outcome was poor. The shape of my teeth are incorrect and unnatural looking and the color is off as well. When I brought this to his attention he simply said that that was the best results I could expect and that I was being too picky.
I personally DO NOT recommend this dentis for any extensive dental procedures. He may be OK for cleanings and fillings though.

overall i would say that I am not satisfied with his work. For the money I spent I expected more diligence.
