Wow... unbelievable! After talking on the phone w/ him he sounds very pleasant and promises that he'll a good job & w/ good price. Well, you don't really know a person until you deal with him directly. He was rude and very uncaring. When I asked him about my concerns regarding the implant and he would just brushes me off, his answer would be (if he feels like answering at al)l "Don't worry you will be please at the end" . I requested my implant to be in white and he took the liberty to choose a color that he thinks will "look good' on me. Looks good or not, the color is yellowish that makes me looks like I am a caffein and nicotine addict for years. Told him that I want white instead and he was very stubborn & not wanting me to get the white, he gave in at the end but with a rude attitude "FINE...I'll change it for you but don't tell me to change it back" *Sigh*

It hurts alot and very painful procedure. I wish everything was full explained to me and the cost is beyond a typical surgery procedure. In addition it caused an infection.
