Went for a simple checkup, xrays, and cleaning. I waited over 30 min just to get forms to fill out, then another roughly 30 to go into the exam room. X-rays, lots of pictures, etc. were taken and then when I spoke with the dentist I got such a huge effort to up-sell/hard sell me into getting invisiline straightening. After that, I kept waiting and waiting for my cleaning and no longer was patient after being in the office for 3 straight hours and being told over and over it will be about 15 min more of a wait. They clearly overbook and definitely jumped other patients ahead of me. When I was complaining (asked to talk to whomever was in charge twice and had to demand it) they then said I could wait or reschedule. I said no way am I waiting more time and can't trust any time estimate they give so I demanded back my Groupon/SmileAuthority voucher for not providing services plus demanded either to walk out with my records or that they be expunged, at which point they threatened to call the police. I stormed out from their office beyond livid and highly recommend to everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
About Front Desk: After scheduling my appointment, I was then called less than an hour later to confirm - ridiculous! When I went for the appointment it took 30 min just to hand me the paperwork to fill out. When I asked to talk to whomever was in charge, I was ignored multiple times.

I've been going to Dr. Rudick for the past few years. He did a crown for me that has not had any problems.
All in all, his staff is friendly, service good, and facilities are clean.
About Hygienist: Nice bunch. They seem to love working here.

As a practicing physician, I got a bad vibe from this office. I felt that much of the services were sold as "necessary" in order to generate income. Upon entering the office, you see newspaper articles posted on the wall about how you should change your metal fillings (which most of us have) to composite ones ($400 each). He then takes a usb camera that shows every small imperfection on your teeth and proceeded to recommend 2 cavity drillings and 16 microabrasions (a procedure that has fallen out of favor as studies show it is ineffective). Upon questioning, he denied any radiographic signs of cavities, but claimed that they'd get worse if I didn't get the job done. I must state that I get regular dental care, take care of my teeth and haven't had cavities in years. All in all, he wanted $2900 for "necessary" dental work that my new dentist doesn't think is needed. Beware! Dr. Jagani runs a fraudulent practice and will shake every penny from you! I highly recommend getting a second opinion if you receive a bill as large as mine. Maybe he just thinks I'm a doctor and $2900 is chump change for me (which it is not).
About Hygienist: Hygienists overall were excellent in ensuring that my teeth were cleaned well.

I had Dr. Rudick take care of some fillings. He went on and on about using cutting edge technology, and indeed the procedure he did was quick and painless. But I had to go to another dentist to get help for the same problem a year later.

Went to Dr. Rudick's office for a cleaning and checkup. The cleaning was extremely basic and quick, and little was done to clean the area where the gum meets the tooth. I was offered an expensive antibiotic to fight gum disease, which was not covered by insurance. I was then offered a multidude of other products. I felt like I was at a sales pitch more than at a Dr.'s office. The front desk staff were extremely kind and professional, but I cannot say the same of the hygenist and other support stuff. Dr. Mansoor, however, was very kind and took her time with me, but I do not think her depth and breadth of knowledge while explaining my concerns were at the level I had expected, and have received, from previous dentists.

I was worked on by Lyris Rudick on the in the dental office, I had the procedure to redo some fillings which were old and metal fillings and were leaking with cavities. The procedure took about 5 visits. All the old fillings were removed and new ones put in. Overall I would say the work was adequate but a little pricey I needed up having to pay two thousand for the fillings. The office staff was adequate I felt that I was treated fairly well there. I did love the computer blowup image of my teeth; it really showed where the problem areas were. No problems with my teeth since then but my upper left is a little sensitive.

Dr. Rudick is extremely knowledgable and does very well in the "painless" filling techinique of air abrasion, which I had never even heard of before going in to see him. I'm really happy with the results.

I saw Dr Jagani and he was extremely patient and careing with me! I get very stressed about going to the dentist - but Dr Jagani in Dr Samuals office was the best.
