My guess is that the one here who is complaining is actually a troll for a jealous and inferior competing dentist. I have been his patient for decades, and he has performed every procedure within a dentist's repertoire for me, with the utmost, almost unimaginable skill, tremendous kindness, and a fabulous sense of humor to boot. I love this guy. I look forward to seeing him always, even if it is for an extraction. I consider him a genius on many levels. For anybody who loves music, he can be persuaded to play a CD of his brilliant jazz piano playing while you are being convinced that he is the best dentist you have ever met in your life. Rest assured that I am no troll. I am speaking truth from my heart, with gratitude.

thirteen months and $13,000 worth of work from Dr. Preston and his referred specialists and I was still in pain. He referred me to a gum specialist knowing fully well my problem was not associated with my gums (he said, "I don't see a gum problem but maybe I'm wrong"). Dr Preston also does not stand behind his work. Finally, I went to another dentist and the problems were resolved; I vowed never to return to Dr Preston or any of the specialists he was associated with.
