I went to multiple dentists that seemed to be hyping and selling treatment from the moment I walked in the door. Dr Morley concentrated on me and took the time to hear my concerns and what I wanted. During his exam, I realized how the engineering of my bite effected the longevity of my veneers and my teeth. Every dentist I had previously seen seemed anxious to do my veneers. Dr. Morley was the only dentist who wanted to find out everything going on in my mouth first, before jumping in to do treatment. His approach was so different and made sense. Once we started the veneers, I had the chance to help create the design of my teeth. Then, he made prototype veneers which I wore out of the office. We went through an approval process where I made sure I was getting what I wanted before the lab work was done. He balanced my bite as part of my treatment and it felt solid. I didn't know that I ground my teeth but sometimes I would wake up in the morning with tired jaw muscles. After the bite balancing, I noticed an immediate relaxation in my face that felt so good. When the veneers went on, everything was just as I expected. There were a couple of small details that I wanted changed at the end and Dr. Morley was not defensive about it.

This dentist charges an initial fee, which is reasonable, for the first consultation. Then, after an hour, when he's begun to gain your trust, he asks for over a thousand dollars to do 'a thorough exam and treatment plan'. What a rip-off! Others are better.
Sorry - I'm going elsewhere. There are much better dentists who don't overcharge.

I had an initial evaluation done by Dr. Morley due to extreme sensitivity, pain, and a poor aesthetic that resulted from some veneers I had put on recently. Although to say Dr. Morley is expensive is an understatement (he does the teeth for the rich and famous in the area), his knowledge, attentiveness, and perfectionism would be worth it if I had the money to spend. He proposed to analyze and fix my bite before anything else, which no other dentists seemed to notice is incredibly askew, probably because they never tested me for it. His methods for veneers selection and placement are clearly more indepth and detailed than anyone else I've talked to. And his desire to make sure the patient is always aware of all her options and what they would cost, is continually evident throughout the exam. He never tries to sell you anything unnecessary is very upfront about costs.
