Extremely friendly doctor, felt like I knew him for years and only on my first visit! I think it's a little pricier than I was used to, but he came recommended by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
He did a filling for me, and luckily my cavity wasn't too deep so he didn't even have to use novacaine!

He is a phenomenal and talented dentist. Excellent bedside manner and confident. I felt extremely comfortable as his patient and refuse to go to another dentist now.

Dr. Lotakis made my very difficult root canal procedure seem like a dream. The staff was helpful and courteous. My numerous visits were always welcomed with smiles.

I went in for a routine cleaning, and was very disappointed. The hygenist spent maybe 5-10 minutes cleaning my teeth, which seemed a really short time compared with every other cleaning I have had.
When making my appointment, I specifically asked if I needed documentation sent over (x-rays, records, etc.) ans was told no. However, at my visit, I was continually badgered to take x-rays even though I just had them done.
More importantly, one member of the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was actually angry because I didn't want to take x-rays again so soon, and even yelled at me. When I mentioned this to the dentist, he waved it away, with a "what can you do?" attitude. I was surprised, since it is his office that he manages and it reflects poorly on him that a member of his staff acts this way.
Overall I was extremely unimpressed and would NEVER go back. I do not recommend this office, even for a procedure as simple as a routine cleaning.
