Agree with the review below.. Dr. Lee is a very nice person, however he is not skillful or professional. I had just been fit for a custom sleep guard (which I paid a lot of money for). Dr. Lee recommended I have EIGHT fillings in one session. I have healthy teeth, never had more than one cavity at a time and most visits in my lifetime, none at all. Because Dr. Lee had state-of-the-art equipment, and I had just switched from another less-desirable dentist, I reluctantly agreed to the fillings. Several years later, I am paying the price with issues related to the fillings he administered, which are now deteriorating and have permanently damaged my teeth. Once he filled my "cavities," my $500 custom sleep guard no longer fit. He recommended I purchase another one. HOW CONVENIENT. Also, following my last visit, he discussed my presence at his office with another client of his, giving detail as to whom I was with, and this information was passed along in my social circle. It was not his business to have been discussed—it caused turmoil in my personal life and I found it very unprofessional. I have not been back to his office since.

Dr. Mark is a really nice person, but as a dentist he lacks basic skills. 1. Pain: Even something simple like cleaning can be painful. It takes him at least 10 tries before he inject anesthetic to do a root canal. Never careful when drilling. Drilled my interior cheeks on few occasions, which caused me pain for days when eating. 2. Money: Teeth straightening costs a good couple of thousands more than anywhere else. The results do not justify the money. I had to have it redone by orthodontist. 3. Privacy: Dr. Lee loves to chat about your teeth conditions with all of your family members (sister-in-law, spouse's cousins and God knows who else..) without your approval. It makes me really uncomfortable. 4. Facility & staff: both nice enough 5. Billing: I don't recall having any problem with it

When he was scheduling the appointment, he has two concecutive hours available. So he could have done the work at one time. but he scheduled two appointments to me, and I had to take the painful shots twice. never will visit him again.

Unfriendly receptionist - leaves messages saying 'We wanted to remind you that you HAVE to schedule an appointment for cleaning'. Charged for procedures I didn't request
