Dr jaspin is a thoughtful dentist who takes time to explain and work with you. Her staff, especially Donna, is terrific.

Got my chart and X-Rays and went for full review of the work from 2010. She never properly prepared the tooth to accept a crown, did not make the crown thick enough to support the molar which is under great stress in the mouth. She told me that my mouth shifted and that is why the molar came out. That was an impossibility according to the expert's opinion. That does not happen in three weeks. I have hired council and will proceed with suit.
She is no longer fit to practice dentistry. She was great, but has become sloppy. You can't run a practice working four days a week, and not return patient calls for two days. On one visit, she said "I can't stay past 5:30, I have a doubles game". You may have a game, but you certainly don't tell a patient that.
In multiple opinions, her time has come. You either practice good dentistry, or you stop. You can't do it half hearted. I feel sorry for her and her patients. She threw a tantrum when confronted about my condition and lack of a call back.
She should have gone out in glory, not turned into a cocky dentist, who now gives subpar care.

After being a long time patient, I feel I must share my experience. I needed a root canal which she diagnosed. I went to her root can al specialist, who did the work. I went back for a crown fitting and experienced pain. She told me that "That was impossible, because there is no nerve in the tooth". She did the work without local and that night it was as if I had work done without any pain block. My crown fell out about three weeks later. I returned. She tried to bond it back in and I again experienced pain. She said that a rarely seen complication is when a ligament gets inflamed or a tooth is cracked through, pain could occur. I went back to the root canal doctor, and it was an inflamed ligament. I asked how come she said absolutely impossible, the first time, and on the second time she came up with two explanations? I was annoyed. She said "what do you want from me, your money back?' I said I did not know, and would consult with my attorney and figure it out, due to the improper diagnosis of the pain, and delay of proper treatment. It took her two days to return my call, and upon hearing how upset I was and mentioning my consult with my attorney, she said "your an idiot" and hung up.

Dr. Jaspin is very precise and patient. I had difficult reconstruction work. She really listened to all of my concerns. My teeth look great. She's the best.
The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
The treatment was expensive but well worth it. I paid for experience and great work.
I have recommended her and will continue to do so.

Dr. Jaspin is the best dentist I've ever had: a believer in pain-free dentistry; chair-side manner impeccable and relaxing; willing to take the time necessary to explain procedures and answer any questions. Not inexpensive, but extremely helpful in working out financing. Sooo worth the cost! Plus, the front desk experience is consistently personable, warm, and friendly.
About Hygienist: Been in Janet's skillful hands about as long as I've been coming to this office (10 years). Again, my highest recommendation: intelligent, engaging, and always upbeat. She is rigorous and thorough.

Nice staff. Immaculately clean office. A bit expensive, but this is one case where you DO get what you pay for.

Dr. Jaspin is incredibly caring, and goes above and beyond to find the best treatment plan for her patients. I went to her with a complicated case that required both orthodontic and reconstructive work. She made excellent, informed recommendations for specialists to see, taking into account my financial situation and lack of good insurance at the time. She followed up with me and seemed to genuinely care about my case. I was impressed.
