Dr. Chiu is one of the best I have known. I was his dental hygienist in Korea for a year or so in the mid '70s.

Dr. Chiu has always been efficient yet friendly. I've seen him since I was a kid and he continues to be very helpful with my questions and any procedures.

The front desk overbooks appointments. I had to wait 2 hours after I arrived on time for my appointment. The dentist must have booked several patients for the same time. Completely unprofessional and has no regard for patient's time.
About Hygienist: The nurse practitioner takes care of all x-rays, cleaning procedures, etc. Dr. Chiu is always rushing to get through each patient and basically spends 30 seconds of the appointment with you. Completely impersonal and unfriendly.
