He is the best! I go to Dr. Chesner for all my dental needs. He is absolutely the best.

After complaing about pain in my teeth for several years and being told it was just my gums receding, I found out my teeth were rotting. I went through a series of root canals to save my teeth and now must have caps put on. I had to spend a fortune to save my teeth. Chesner used to be packed and you had to wait hours for him. He took on too many patients and would run in and out of the rooms. All that has stopped. Once a good dentist, he now is without patients. He moved into a tiny very old office. And now has only a few patients.

About Hygienist: Margie is a doll and couldn't be nicer.

He had beautiful offices and changed to a dingy office. I almost lost a tooth due to him and his partner Vogel. After complaining of pain for over a year, I had a gum infection and had to have an operation. I would never go back. It cost me thousands of dollars to save my teeth after leaving Chesner and Vogel.

This is the best dentist in New York that I've visited and I've been in NYC for over 10 years now. Beyond being such a great person, he's so talented, really puts you at ease and has the nicest staff possible. The cleaning is really thorough..really thorough. And I think that's very important especially if you're going there every 6 months! All of the hygienests are very knowledgeable and make you feel really comfortable and have a nice, "everything is going to be great" type of attitude. The office has a very positive atmosphere and everyone seems happy to be there -- a big plus for any place of business, especially the service industry. Highly recommended!
