No more waiting, prompt, and a quite clean office. He just done his job very well. No unimportant talking I supposed.. :)

I had cosmetic work completed with Dr Babushkin. My porcelain veneers are GORGEOUS!!! I wish I had done them years ago. Dr B did a great job and was absolutely painless. Two thumbs way, way up!!

I have only just started my treatment but Dr Babushkin seems excellent. Knows his stuff and puts you at ease. I had some treatments with Dr Pervez as well and I was not impressed with him at all. Good technician but horrible "bed-side manner". He has left recently. Dr "B" however, is excellent. Glad Pervez is gone. Now I get Dr B all the time. A big upgrade I think. I will update this review later when I have had more treatment.

Great office, great personnel. Love Dr. B., love Maria the hygienist, love the new office with the massage chair! There were some issues with my dental work, but the Dr. was very willing to redo it. I am very satisfied with the office!

Excellent doctor and staff. My teeth never looked so good. I had porcelain veneers placed on my front teeth and they have changed my smile completely. I LOVE THEM !!

o Dr B is fabulous, with a broad skill set, so that he has to do very few referrals. He doesn't do amalgam fillings, which might cause problems with some insurance cos, but he says that they are less destructive to the tooth and contain no toxic metals.
o Maria, the dental hygienist, does amazingly good and thorough work.
o The current office manager is fine. The practice is completely paperless and claims against insurance policies flow smoothly.
o Prices seem to be in line with what other dentists in the area charge.
o Best of all, I've never been forced to wait for more than five minutes.

I love dr. B and the hygentist - but I agree about the office manager. She is always rude, abrupt even sneering and officous - she treats me badly and gives me a hard time. I hate dealing with her - but I do, because like i said - i like Dr. B.

I've been going to Dr. Babushkin for about 2.5 years now. I love him and the hygienist. He is sensitive and really cares about his patients. I had a problem with my implant and he was more accomodating than any dentist would have been. As far as the hygienist Maria - Love her! I recommend them both without reservation. Best office I've ever been to. That being said, I think the costs are reasonable but the office manager is crass. I had a billing issue and she called me at work with the worst attitude, I thought she was going to walk through the door, throw me against the wall and shake me down - all this before I was even to get in two sentences. It happened more than once. I dreaded calling to work out the issue. But, I love Dr. Babushkin, so I dealt with her. She probably won't last long - or he'll make sure she changes that attitude. I think he loves his practice and cares about his patients too much to have it any other way.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, the procedures painless. Unlike the one bitter reviewer who obviously was looking for bargin basement care, I found the office to go above and beyond in the finances department. They did a great job with my insurance and made my out of pocket as little as possible. A reat overall experience and cosmetic result.

While the service was good and my technician (can't remember her name) was GREAT, I have to warn anyone before they go there due to some shady financial strategies his office employs.
I had the same treatment performed on 2 separate occasions, making payment for both after the initial visit. After the second visit, the very rude and unprofessional Office Manager tried to charge me again. I reminded her that I paid in full. She agreed and apologized. But then she said there were some additional treatments that weren't covered in the initial payment, but were performed on both visits. I told her that these treatments were never disclosed as being additional and that she should have told me about them after the initial visit. She apologized and said that the technician didn't record them then, but that they were recorded for both visits now. I refused to pay for them, stating that I wouldn't have allowed them to be performed (as they are NOT vital treatments). She said she could do nothing. I refused to pay and they sent my bill to a collection agency.
Since then, the office has updated their "financial responsibilities and notification" policy to state what should have been told to me in the beginning. HEADACHES!!!
