Dr. Asness is a good dentist and a fine raconteur, if you like that kind of thing in a dentist. I do. I had normal dental treatment as well as a partial bridge done. Pain was minimal and the dentist is good at pain management. He is an old-time dentist, no bells and whistles, and treated all of my dental problems successfully. Prices are more than reasonable.

ok dr asness is a good dentist, he does good dental. But while working on your teeth, he answers the dirty phone, comes back and touches your mouth. His drawers look like they are dirty and blood stain and he touches this and then your mouth. Just observe the utensils and machines and you see how dirty it is. His work area is filthy and i dont think he fully cleans the utensils well for the next patient. His passion is golf, but who cares???? All I want is a clean good dentist. The reason why i go there because his price is lower and I have no insurance. If I had insurance I would run out there and get me a new dentist. If you dont believe me, go ahead and check him out, he is a slob and looks like he hasnt showered. This is my honest review people and without bias.

Has been my primary dentist about 30 years. Extremely proficient and knowledgable. Golf is his passion!!

His equipment is from the 1960's and a few of his methods raised an eyebrow (e.g. dipping the dental mirror in defogger prior to placing it in my mouth, rubbing hydrogen peroxide against my gums without asking), but he is knowledgeable about teeth and friendly.

Dr. Asness is very careful about pain control. He creates a soothing and relaxed atmophere. His chair side manner is excellant and explains exactly what he is doing and why. I would recommend him to anyone i know, especcialy to people & children of people who instill a fear of dentistry. His office is unimposing & down home with out any " bells & whistles". he,s there to fix the problem carefully as is posible. He definetly knows what he is doing & what the patient needs.

I have known him for over 25 years, he was my father's dentist and he has very low overhead, low tech but high cleanliness
and quality. None of the bullshit that more modern dentists offer.

I have been a patient of dr. asness for over 25 years and have nothing but praise for him. I particularly like the fact that he works alone, with no hygienists, other dentists, etc. He does everything himself. He is thorough and conscientious, and also a very nice person. I love the classical music he plays in the office. His fees are very reasonable and the "no frills" office is perfectly adequate, and the location is extremely convenient.

Dr. Asness is wonderful. Unfortunately, due to his popularity he is no longer accepting new patients.

Dr. Asness is a hard working, industrious person.
He is friendly, effective and make patient comfortable.
I recommend him to anyone who needs a good dental maintenance.
