It would be hard to find a better Periodontist in California! I had chronic gum disease for over 15 years and did my best to manage it. In 2014, my awesome Dentist referred me to a specialist, Dr. Zandi. Some of my pockets were very deep and my bone loss substantial. She advised surgery. A year later, I finally allowed her to remove my 2 upper back teeth and perform way over-due gum surgery on my upper right and upper left gums. Not only did her consummate work clear up all my deep pockets, she saved me from further multiple tooth loss! Absolutely brilliant at what she does, Dr. Zandi is simply the best! A passionate perfectionist, she stays at the front of her pack constantly honing and refining her knowlege and masterful skills, which are also reflected in her state of the art Penthouse Suite. A very fine humanbeing of the highest accord, she has no ulterior motives except to do her very best work and take the greatest care of her patients. Forever a fan, I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Zandi! My only regret is that I did not let her do her job a year earlier to save my 2 back upper teeth. Trust her to not only tell you what you really need to do for the sake of your oral health, listen to her, and allow her to work her genius!

About Front Desk: A reflection of Dr. Zandi's personality and integrity is her amazing super-sweet Staff. I love them all and Berta is a classic!

Dr Zandi is very helpful and efficient the entire procedure took 25 minutes and was 100% pain free. She answered all my questions and gave additional detailed information as what to expect. The experience was A+ Dr. is caring and takes everything you say very serious - and addresses your mental as well as physical concerns. Dr Zandi is A+++++ and I would say anyone wanting a great experience and results should go here.

Simply the best. A perfectionist. She did grafts on my upper arch (both sides) back in June of this year, plus a little minor touch-up suturing (at no extra cost!) yesterday. Although I'd prefer a day at the beach to having my gums worked on (who wouldn't?), I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job of it than Dr. Zandi did. She's professional, fast, precise, steady-handed, sympathetic, accommodating of my schedule, and an expert at reducing discomfort to the absolute minimum. The office is even decorated beautifully! Five stars all the way around.

About Front Desk: Berta is warm, helpful, accessible, and personable. She even gives me chocolate now and then.

I have known Dr. Zandi for almost 7 years and can attest to her professionalism, expertise and care. Dr. Zandi did my front tooth implant and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was extremely attentive to my needs, answered all my questions, and delivered great treatment. My front tooth healed completely and you can't tell any difference between the implant and the other teeth. Throughout the whole 1 year process, Dr. Zandi has been really understanding and helpful, she went above and beyond her duties and made sure my other teeth match the implant and I that I am very satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Zandi has a warm and friendly personality, and is a very caring person. I couldn't recommend her highly enough for her expertise and chair-side manner. Thank you so much, Dr. Zandi!!!

Dr Zandi expertly did two implantations of the highest quality materials- from placing the screws, to anchoring the crowns, to final adjustments. I'm enjoying having a full set of teeth for the first time in many years! She also has a very pleasant personality. Her offices in Century City are clean and modern.

From a Frown to a Smile! It has been quite a long time about (30 yrs) that I lost my smile and teeth in a horrific car accident. I bounced from dentist to dentist in the Sacramento area, still unable to eat properly , with limited chewing abilities, until I heard of a Periodonist in the Los Angeles area that a friend recommended to me, her name is Dr Mahnaz Zandi. I scheduled a consultation with her I was very excited, that someone could actually help me with a function that we all take for granted. At the first visit she explained all the procedures that I would be need and how long it would take and what the cost would be. Being in a state of not having a functional mouth to a smile that I never dreamed of having again is WOW! I can eat my favorite food HAMBURGERS with the works I am able to bite through the whole burger it is amazing being able to taste food! My teeth now which are implants are going to get a eating work out. I can have a life now and enjoy life. THANK YOU!!!Dr. Zandi for an amazing journey of putting my smile back inside and out. I will miss the trips to your office, but I will continue to see you every chance I get. You are definitely the best and caring dentist I have met. Sincerely, Robert Fretwell :))

Dr. Mahnaz Zandi is the best in her field. I have so many of her skills in my mouth paying thousands of dollars for extensive dental work in which I did not have an option if I wanted teeth.I would go in debt anytime if I am fortunate enough to use Dr. Zandi expertise.This women is amazing and also makes sure you understand exactly what options are available giving all pros and cons.She is extremely thorough and besides being a perfectionist she has a very gentle touch.I never minded sitting in a chair/ now her new massaging chairs wow for her knowledge and impeccable workmanship and believe me I have had the unfortunate pleasure of sitting in many a dentists chairs, 100% without a doubt you could not do better than Dr. Zandi if you searched a lifetime. I can't say enough about this lady besides the fact she and her knowledge could lite a room + her smile. I am looking to find someone I might write on the Dental board so they can acknowledge this humble well deserving women.I am sure there are more incredible dentists but she is my vote. She has done her homework and we are reaping the benefits of her studies After years of being a patient I am very proud of Dr. Zandi .

About Hygienist: You are so lucky to learn from the best. Chris is a great hygienist very gentle and willing to learn. I give him A ++ for his participation in my mouth which cant be that fun. His momma raised him well as his manners are superb.

Bone graft surgery. No complications. I recommend her. Great view on the top floor.
