Dr. Norman and her staff are exceptionally professional, kind women. I am so grateful to have found a practice whose staff is so caring. After 3 years at Dr. Normans, I finally decided to have a full mouth restoration, which was greatly needed, since my teeth were so worn, and my bite misalligned. I LOVE MY NEW SMILE! My bite is properly alligned now, so my jaw muscles are much less fatigued.

I have been seeing Dr Norman and her staff for 3 years and have every visit been extremely impressed with the service and attention given each time. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The office is always immaculate and I am totally comfortable coming here. I highly recommend Dr. Norman to anyone who wants excellent service.

Totally professional office and I always leave feeling better than coming in. My teeth are feeling + looking great since coming in and I get a lot of compliments! I had a tooth knocked out in a car accident and the flipper that Amy's office help create fits perfectly and after using the at home whitening kit you can't even tell!

When I first came in I was suffering from horrible migraines, jaw, neck and overall pain. I had been taking lots of meds, seen several doctors and neurologists; I was at the end of my rope dealing with the pain and debilitation. Everything I described at my first appointment made sense to them and the exam was amazingly thorough. To have someone understand me, tell me I wasn't crazy and that they could help me was beyond refreshing. When Dr. Norman showed my husband and I what was going on with my bite and what the plan was for treatment, I was overwhelmed with hope. The treatment has been life changing. I haven't had to take migraine meds since starting treatment and am able to do things I once wondered if I'd ever be able to do again. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Norman and her team. They truly have made me smile (pain free) inside and out!

This Gang has always done better than the BEST! I have only been attending their services for 16+ years now & keep coming back for more. My wife has also had more difficult work done during this time with the same results. SMILE KIDS!

Dr. Amy Norman and her Dream Team are the best.I'm 60 years old and have always feared dentists until meeting this wonderful team. Dr. Amy is a wonderful dentist and she cares about you as a person and not just your teeth. They make sure you know exactly what they are doing and that you are comfortable, and have no pain at all. I will recommend Dr. Amy to everyone I know. Going to Dr. Amy and her Team is like being with long time friends. My smile is back and I can't thank them enough.

Although the facilities are wonderful and the staff extremely pleasant I am giving Dr. Norman an overall rating of 2. This is because of the cost. I went to her at a young age needing corrective braces and it wound up costing me nearly 20,000$ for a 2 year treatment. If you are young, are still in school, without insurance, or in a low-paying field get your treatment from a specialist somewhere else. However, if you can afford it, it is a nice place. I do not recommend Dr. Norman for treatment, but I do HIGHLY recommend her hygienist Angie - cleanings are pricy (at 260 a pop) but she goes far beyond her duty in service. I'm running out of characters but if you are looking for a quality cleaning with someone who listens and addresses all of your health concerns related to your mouth then visit Angie. Dr. Norman does great veneers (she is a cosmetic dentist) but will always suggest the most expensive method of treatment. :(

About Hygienist: Oh it seems I can write about the hygienist here. So; Name: Angie Duration: Depends on your level of need - my first appointment with her was 2 maybe 3 hours (this was 8 years ago now). I received laser treatment. Manners: Impeccable. She genuinely listens to all of your questions and concerns and talks freely and openly about her craft rather than answering in simple, withholding terms. Gentle: Very much so. I'm not afraid of dentists in the slightest so even with a rough cleaning, I would be fine. Angie provides multiple forms of anesthetic, tells you what she will do before she does it, is precise in her movement with the tools. Thorough: YES. She does not hurry her session but methodically covers every inch of your teeth and will always remember the fluoride solution. Clean feeling: The best I've had in my experience.
