My son has braces from Dr. Starling and our experience has been extremely positive. He is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We are reaching the end of his treatment and plan on beginning treatment on another family member. I have given high marks to Dr. Starling and his practice to all our friends and definitely recommend that you schedule a consultation. You won't be sorry.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff, Connie and Donna, are fabulous! Connie is so welcoming, helpful and treats us like family. Insurance was handled by Connie and the process couldn't have been easier.

I have braces to correct my bite and provide relief due to TMJ. His staff is very professional and personalable - but also very fun. I was terrified of the process and they quickly put me at ease. I have a major dentist/orthodonist phobia. They have been great to me and I really don't dread my visits like I thought I would. I would recommend Dr. Starling to anyone!

Dr Starling put braces on my teeth to correct bite issues. I did not have braces growing up and had avoided them for many years. I have been very pleased with his care and treatment. He spent a great deal of time before hand explaning the possible options and solutions to my issues. On each visit, Dr Starling and his staff have been very helpful and listen and respond to my questions and concerns. I would definitely recomment his practice to anyone at any age.

My 11 year old is currently being treated by Dr. Starling. Palette expander, upper braces, retainer and now a full set of braces. We have always had a good experience. My daughter has had some discomfort with various parts of treatment but they have been mild and manageable. This has not been the result of anything the staff or doctor did or did not do. When she had to have a palette expander put in for the second time, it was included it the amount already paid for full treatment, even though it was not a foreseeable need at the time. My 9 year old will need treatment next and I am very comfortable continuing to receive both my girls' treatments from Dr. Starling. He is personable and straightforward. If my child is not cleaning her teeth well enough, he gently reminds her what the consequences could be after the braces are removed. The front desk staff even printed pictures of poor hygiene with braces for me to hang up in the bathroom at home as a visual reminder to her of how important cleaning teeth with braces is when they come off!

About Front Desk: The staff has been helpful with payment and insurance related matters, flexible in scheduling and professional and courteous in demeanor. The waiting room is comfortable with video games for the younger ones, TV and magazines for the parents, as well as bottled water and coffee for anyone. They put games on the front desk and draw a winner from the correct answers. My daughters both love doing these! I love that they will communicate by phone, email or fax. They accommodate my personal communication preference. They have a Facebook page.

My son has the Incognito braces and loves them. He is a Junior in High School and was worried about getting braces so late. Incognito was a perfect solution for him. We do not have insurance but were given several payment options that were very affordable. Dr Starling is super nice and very professional. The office staff is awesome and makes you feel right at home. I would definitely recommend Starling Orthodontics to others.

About Front Desk: Connie Pomeroy and Donna Jones are so helpful and kind. I appreciate all their help with scheduling my son's appointments and helping work up my payment plan since I do not have insurance.

3 family members have had braces, 2 teens and 1 adult, with multiple issues. We found Dr. Starling after interviewing a very popular children's orthodontist and continued with him for adult braces after consulting another orthodontist recommended by our dentist. Dr. Starling's office environment, skill, cost plan, and customer service won every time. We've recommended him to two other friends who have also had positive results. His office is calm, he and his dental assistant pay attention to detail and care about getting things right, his prices are reasonable, and his support staff are friendly and extremely professional.

About Front Desk: Donna and Connie always have fun games going on at the front desk for all ages.

Dr. Starling has been wonderful during my entire treatment. He is very thorough. After having consultations with many other orthodontists, Dr. Starling seemed to have the most logical approach. He provided me with all of my options, giving me pros and cons about each option and then let me make the decision. I would definitely recommend him to other!

Dr. Starling and his staff provide an excellent level of care, while providing a warm but professional environment!! He has treated me, as well as both of my children and I would never consider another orthordontist! Appts. are always ON TIME and efficient - can't ask for better!

good orthodontist, front desk staff are okay. Wait time is not too bad. I would recommend him if you live in the brentwood area. There aren't too many choices
