The first thing that stood out about Dr. Pham was how young she looked. To be honest, her age made me nervous, but a crown had come off the night before, and I needed an emergcy treatment. I made sure to note that I had sensitive teeth, which I guess every patient says, but the procedure went well (I was lucky the crown hadn't broken) and I decided to keep Dr. Pham as my regular dentist (my previous dentist had retired about 6 months prior.) Since then I've had several cavities filled and an extraction. She seems to understand I need a bit of extra care to make me relax. I haven't noticed a difference in cost from my previous dentist, and she takes the insurance I've been using for years. She has two dental chairs and an x-ray room, which seems to have state-of-the art equipment. Her location makes parking a bit of a problem, especially during Padre games. If you live in the area, it's easier to walk there, or you can pay to park across the street. If you don't want to pay, you can hunt for parking or take the trolly. I've recommended her to friends. I think she does cosmetic treatments, but I haven't had any of those services.

About Hygienist: Char (not sure how she spells her name) is a very good and nice hygienist. Like the doctor, Char makes sure I'm comfortable, and I like the amount of time she takes in cleaning my teeth -- never feel rushed.

Id give no stars if I could. Dr Pham is a young and uneducated dentist. She has no people skills, no communcation skills, and does sloppy work. Ive had to go back 3 times to fix a filling she did. The first time I had it fall out 20 mins after I left her office while I was getting lunch next door to her office. I went back to have her look at it and they locked up after me. When the staff came to the door they said i had to call back on Monday to have the filling looked at, even though they knew I was there 20 mins ago!!!! i was in pain with a hole in my tooth all weekend!!!! She has no business being a dentist and if she were working at an office that wasnt hers, she would have been fired. Because she works for herself and owns her own practice, there is no one to regulate what she does. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
