I had 4 old crowns on my front teeth when I first went to see Dr. Lackner. Although I had wanted to replace them for a long time prior to me seeing her, I was afraid to change my smile...not that it could've been any worse! Dr. Lackner spent a lot of time discussing my options with me, and her front office manager was helpful in explaining my treatment plan, and expense. No, it's not a fancy dental spa, and no it's not dirt cheap like you may find at some other offices....but my care is individual....when I am in the chair, I have 100% of the dentists attention, and I always feel like a priority. They understand the phrase "patient care". I am now happy with my smile, and my ongoing care, and my fears have been eliminated. I can't put a value on that! I would glady recommend this office to all of my friends and family.
