I was in Omaha on a business trip when I had a tooth go nuts. I had to have an emergency root canal and I wasn't about to wait until I got home. Dr Hagen was quick, efficient and very pleasant. He showed me the x-ray and explained why I had to have the tooth opened and the infection out. I was in so much pain that I wasn't even afraid, I just wanted it taken care of!
I was done before I knew it and felt so much better. They filed my insurance for me too. Very nice office with a great staff.
About Front Desk: Everyone was very calm and pleasant. I really appreciated how quickly I got through the paperwork and into the chair. Insurance was filed for me, no hassles at all.

He was very kind, although he was also very businesslike. He was all in all a very efficient and pleasant dentist. I have had simple procedures and routine check ups. I would reccomend him.
