The staff is very friendly and it is easy to make an appointment. But that's about it. I cannot raite their pain and stress level because I was there for 6 month check up and recommendations and not for treatment. The hygeniest and the doc. really worked hard on getting me signed for all the services "I needed". It sounded like they wanted all my money though acted very friendly. I will not be coming back as I feel that they don't care about patients. I go for a check ups every 6 months and all over the sudden I need 6 crowns. Really?! I do not trust them and do not recommend them to others.

About Hygienist: She was fine, but kept selling all the products and unnecessary services which was very irritating!

I have only had 2 cavities in my life before going to this dentist. When I went, she said I had 14. I had not been to the dentist in over a year, so I thought she might be right and let them do fillings. Well, a year later after going to her, guess what? She said I had 10 more. Then, they tried to pressure me into signing the paperwork to get the fillings done right then. I did not and left. I went to another dentist recently and I had a full bill of health with no cavities. I feel like I was robbed.
About Hygienist: Hygienist's were friendly, but I felt pressure to agree to things right then and there.

My first visit to Dr. Goodman I was in major pain. They were nice from the minute I walked in. They took me back and took xrays and pictures of my infected tooth. They made time to do my root canal that same day. I left in no pain! I hate shots. Dr. Goodman was very gentle and patient with me. I highly recommend this office, especially for chickens:)
About Hygienist: Gentle cleaning too, 4 years and still the same great team!
