I was referred to Dr. Koka for extreme tooth pain, requiring an emergency root canal Monday. He was soothing,gentle and thorough in his expanation of the procedure and care. He called me later that evening to check on my progress. I saw him 3 days later for the completion of the procedure, again he was gentle and i walked out of there feeling confident in his work! i highly recommend Dr. Koka.

I went to Dr Ravi with an infected root canal. I found him to be very competent and very pleasant. He was very careful and paid great attention to my needs and monitering my pain. His office squeezed me in on 24hour notice.
I have nothing but goods things to say.

If you need a root canal and want to have treatment done in 6 hours &this is the doctor to see. Dr. Koka might become good in 20 years after he gets a few victims to practice on but for now he and his staff need a lot of work&
I was never informed that I had to wait more than an hour for the doctor and that he usually does his treatments in two visits, each visit 2-3 hours long.
I felt a lot of pain during the procedure and I ended up with severe jaw pain from keeping my mouth opened for so long. Till this day my tooth still not right.

Outstanding. Dr. Koka is a careful scientist, a student and a teacher. He is very well educated, has excellent skills and a splendid attitude. The best.

Dr. Koka not only did a great job on my root canal when I needed one, he also didn't push the business on me whatsoever. He was very diplomatic in determining the need for one.
He's also a very nice and gentle person, and my pain level was almost zero. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Koka is simply the most attentive, caring, and competent dentist I've ever encountered. I arrived with an abscess stemming from a tooth used as a base for expensive bridgework. The infection was spreading quickly and my face was puffed up like a balloon. Dr. Koka performed a root canal, drained the abscess and saved the bridgework--calmly, efficiently, and kindly.
I'm nearly 50 and I've had a lot of experience with dentists over the years, both in this country and overseas. Dr. Koka is one of a kind -- a great human being providing great service and precision work at a reasonable cost.

I have been a patient of Dr Koka for almost 18months now, and I have to say that he is the best endodontist I have ever seen. I have had terrible dentist and root canal experiences in the past, and I have to say in all honesty that Dr Koka is amazing.
Not only is he super precise about his work, but he is an extremely caring physician...he clearly cares about his patients and works hard to receive and maintain your trust.
He recently moved into a new location - right across from Union Square, so parking is really convenient. His new space is wonderful - relaxing decor and the latest equipment. His receptionist is really sweet - she offers tea/coffee etc when you arrive and strives to make you feel welcome and relaxed.
This may sound too good to be true, but I swear that this is true.
I just switched jobs and now have new dental insurance...even though my visits to Dr Koka will be considered "out-of-network"...I really don't care. What is important to me is seeing a great professional and caring physician. Thanks Dr Koka!!!!
