About Front Desk: I went in for a free consultation 2 weeks ago. I don't have any problem with Dr Dennis Laurich, but i had a extremely horrible experience with Wendy ( person who works at front desk). I was treated disrespectful and rude! While i was waiting for the Dr, she asked my insurance card THREE times and complained about my insurance company couldn't recognize my information because i need to take a front mouth X-ray. under the stress that i felt from her, i made a phone call to my insurance, and with the information i provided, i was able to talk to one of the representatives. Right after i came to her and trying to confirm the information with her, just want to make sure there was no any mishearing; however, i was almost yelled at by her " This is suppose to a half an hour free consultation, but we WASTE so much time here! now, go back to the room, and take your X-ray." while i was returning back to the room, i still could hear she mumbled " I WASTE SO MUCH TIME ON YOU !" She was totally unprofessional and absolute rude person ! I would never go back to that dental place and would never recommend this place to any of my friend BECAUSE of HER !
