Dr. Ankoviak has always been a very pleasant man, with a good bedside manner.

About Front Desk: WORST. I spoke with a woman by the name of Toni who clearly does not understand the meaning of customer service. I 'missed' an appointment and was 'schooled' on how far my hygienst had to drive, the fact I was supposedly called and confirmed I'd be there, however no confirming documentation. There are certainly plenty of other dentists in the area who will accept my Federal Government Employee insurance. I will NOT refer anyone to this office for fear they'd deal with the wrath of Toni. Sorry Dr. Ankowiak, that woman is NOT a compliment to your office whatsoever.

About Hygienist: 5 Stars. She lives in Sterling/Standish area and probably the most gentle hygienist I've ever been too. Very friendly and kind, with a great sense of humor.

He was very helpful and polite. Extremely knowledgable and took extra time to calm me down and explain things thoroughly.

About Front Desk: Front desk girl named karry is awful. She was not helpful and ruined my whole experience. I'm pulling away from Dr. A because I do not ever want to deal with her again. someone like that should not be used as a first impression at a front desk or any position.

Highly recommend this practice. I've had all procedures with no problems. My whole family goes to him. Great with kids and great with my elderly parents. Kind and compassionate

My family has been going to this practice for over a decade. Four family members and not one complaint. He did a beautiful, perfect job on a couple crowns I needed.

Don't pull your kids loose tooth or Dr. Ankoviak with report CHILD ABUSE to Child Protective Services and then avoid your phone calls and emails!!!! Dr. Ankoviak has sparked one of the most embarrassing and painful things my family has had to go threw.

Would certainly highly recommend Dr Dan to anyone! He's very concerned about making sure your pain free. I've had many crowns and repairs. He does amazing work with excellent results every time.

About Front Desk: Always prompt and flexible with scheduling.

About Hygienist: The Hygienist are always very thorough and you always leave there feeling your teeth are clean. They'll call you out if your not flossing !!! ;)
