I have had my teeth cleaned and several small cavities filled in the last four years. I have also been taking my daughter here since she was three years old and Dr. Pendergrass and his staff have done an amazing job of making her feel right at home in the dentist's chair. That in itself is a major accomplishment. She's now had her teeth cleaned several times and even had a tooth that was very loose pulled while she was there! Dr. Pendergrass never recommends any superfluous treatment. Awesome service, very reasonable prices, and a very friendly atmosphere all add up to the best dental experience you can find.

About Hygienist: I have had several of Dr Pendergrass' hygienists clean my teeth and they have all done a great job. The thing I notice is that they have maintained the same personnel as long as I've been there, which I feel is important.

Hygiene time: 20

Dr. Pendergrass is great. I've been going to him for a while and he's done a great job with my teeth. His office is located in a house off a semi major road rather than a professional office park and I think it fit him very well because it mirrors the patient's care of being very comforting. The nursing staff is great and always helpful. i highly recommend Dr. Pendergrass!

Mat Pendergrast has been our family Dentist for a generation. Last month, he took me in to fix a cracked tooth at 7AM on a national holiday when he was supposed to be closed. He is tha kind of guy. His staff has almost no turnover. That says something to me. He has installed flat screen TVs in that swinging light and mirror apparatus to entertain the kids with Disney movies. The office is easy to find half way between Damascus and Germantown.

Dr. Pendergrass' office is right next to his home so it has a very warm, small-office atmosphere. In addition, he's always available on-call if you need to come in for an emergency. I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was hurting badly and he let me come in on Saturday to have it removed. He opened his office just to work on my tooth and cleared out the rest of the day to make sure he had enough time. The office staff was also very friendly, everyone was helpful and Dr. Pendergass clearly knew what he was doing. The cost wasn't that bad either... one wisdom tooth extraction only cost about $200 and I didn't even have health insurance. I would highly recommend him.

His procedures are generally okay. But, he did made one minor mistake one time, such that I had to go back to have him scrap the residual of filling material off my tooth. His manners are likable. Staff are generally friendly. But, cost is on the high side. His handling of insurance matters are very poor.

I had several bad teeth needing treatment. Dr. Pendergrass found the cavities and saved my teeth with minimal discomfort.
