wonderful dentist. very professional and fantastic at what she does. best place I have ever been to and I have been all over the country to many different dentists. would highly recommend.

Referral to Dr. Duggan was thru a friend’s husband who has dental phobia. I have PTSD along with a background of horrific child abuse. For me, being in a dental chair can be anxiety producing & a trigger for traumatic memories, but I’ve had times when I could easily have fallen asleep while having dental work performed. I find Dr. Duggan to be approachable, & I have found it easy to discuss with her my concerns especially with regard to the use of Novocain which I cannot tolerate. She is conservative in her approach; never have I found her to be ambitious in her recommendations for dental work. Her use of & skill with the dental laser is a plus. I have crowns that were applied without the use of Novocain, & I have never experienced any unbearable pain while in her dental chair. She employs an incredibly light touch while working in my mouth. It is my experience that her practice operates in a consistent routine so that I’ve come to know what to expect. I have always known her and her staff to follow standard of care infection control procedures which is vitally important for patient well-being. Her staff has always been accommodating when an unforeseen tooth problem arose. I appreciate her care.

About Front Desk: For the most part over the many years, I have found the staff to be accommodating regarding scheduling and insurance matters. They have been most helpful in the few times when unexpected tooth problems arose, both in fitting me in for an appointment and care suggestions until the appointment time. Over the years I have found her staff to be skilled and friendly.

About Hygienist: Dr. Groom is my hygienist. She was thorough re the info gathering for updating my health record & asked pertinent questions re my allergies. She performed an interior mouth assessment. The cleaning was complete and thorough. I found her to be efficient but gentle in her cleaning methodology. She has a very nice chairside manner.

Cleaning, fillings, minor dental work. My children and I have been going there for years.

About Hygienist: Phyllis Weatherbee is so gentle. I request her for me and my kids!

I think that Dr. Duggan is a terrible dentist. I have had a crown done by her and I noticed that her hands were shaking during the entire visit. At one point during the procedure, she slipped and cut my gum. Her office staff, especially the office manager Laura have been rude and did not accomodate my wife when she had a dental emergency. She always has other dentists who constantly come and go, because she cannot handle the work herself. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Duggan has a gentle touch, likely due to the fact that she was once a hygienist. She is confident and calm, making my once-dreaded visit to the dentist now a painless and anxiety-free visit. I have found staff to be friendly and helpful.

The staff goes above and beyong their duty and helps coordinate with disabled and elderly patients. Aftetr my Mother misses and two appointments the office called me to advise. This enabled me to correct the situation and get her care as needed. Thanks to Dr. Duggans Staff.

Dr. Duggan has taken excellent care of my teeth since I began going to her. I had some questionable work done in the past that she has corrected. All new work is excellent and the cost is reasonable.

About Hygienist: Dr. Duggan hygenists are excellent. I always receive a thorough cleaning without feeling like my gums have been torn or abraded.

I am in love with Dr. Duggan and her staff. They've very gentle and VERY thorough. I've never had them go back and correct anything they've done. If I ever have any questions I can always call and I get answers back very quickly. They're entire staf is very warm and friendly. I wish all were as great as them.
