Today I was privileged to see undoubtedly the Best specialist in Root Canals
in Las Vegas. Dr.John Q. Duong, D.M.D. He, and his entire staff made my root
canal experience just Fantastic! I came in with a bad infection under a crowned
tooth.
From Gina at the front desk, to Christina, Dr. Duongs' assistant, they were just super great! There was not one moment of feeling uncomfortable.
Dr. Duong, radiates professionalism, kindness, and a sincere concern for his patients. As I sat in the chair getting my root canal done, I noticed patients going by the room. Dr.Duong, as well as his staff were greeting them cheerfully by name.
I do not understand dental terminologies, but I watched, and listened as Dr. Duong directed his staff so efficiently, of every patient procedure, one by one. I was so impressed. All of his staff worked together like a finely tuned strata various. Everyone is definitely on the same page in this office. Dr. Duong, with precise accuracy, continued doing my root canal, fixing the problem that another dentist had created. Plus NO PAIN!!! I am not kidding, I felt no pain whatsoever. Also, the root canal was done meticulously. I went home thinking when the Novocaine wore off I would then
be feeling pain. But nothing. Wow... Yahoo!!! Thank You All So Very Much.
About Front Desk: Gina was at the front desk, and the person I first spoke with, I felt her to be extremely genuine, she scheduled me very promptly, and when I arrived was extremely efficient with paperwork, and all questions. 5 stars for Dr. John Duong, for all areas of dental care I recieved, Dr. Duong had to retreat the root canal work that another office did wrong.

The office staff employed by Dr Duong is inept at best. They had at minimum three opportunities to inform me that they were not a provider for my dental insurance after confirming verbally that they were a provider. They are now sticking me with a $1500 bill that I would not have to pay if I had gone to a network provider. Don't be as trusting as I was. The dental hygeniest was awful too, she did not numb me and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the dentist had to numb me correctly and then wait for it to take affect. Horrible experience!!

I can't say enough about this doctor and his staff
The staff is kind helpful and efficient
The doctor is by far the best I have been to in my 45 years he made a root canal easy as a cleaning
Seriously this is what all doctors should strive for
He was like a support team telling me how well I was doing etc
Didn't even need to take the ibuprofen he scripted me

I was referred to Dr. Duong for two seperate root canals.
Dr. Duong only did one and said there was no need for the second. Which of course made me happy. He was right as I have never had any trouble in that tooth. The one that he did do has also been great, as is Dr. Duong.
