Dr. Joy is really good and makes you feel comfortable which I felt was more important being under the drill. She does explain you everything if you ask the questions. I found Webster Dental in general very pleasing, albeit some issues as far as the billing goes. They try to keep up, but have delayed sending bills to the insurance company and assume they have received what was due from the insurance and send you a hefty bill. Like any doctors bill - check to make sure it is what you are suppose to pay. Found them to be expensive without the insurance (preferred discount). Changing them currently since they are no longer the preffered dental for the insurance company I use.
Be carefull when you get a full mouth "panoramic-view" x-ray done - it is great for them as they get it on their screen, but they cannot give it to you in an X-ray form since it is not really a x-ray. They will print it on plain paper and give you a printout - but that would not be any helpful if you are changing dental offices. And to top it off - Insurance companies allow only 1 full-mouth x-ray every 5 years. Insist on a regular full-mouth x-ray rather than their "panoramic-view" of your full-mouth.
Other than that staff and doctors are pleasant to talk to.
