Dr Rohan's staff are incredibly friendly and considerate. I haven't visited the dentist's for years and now I have periodontal disease and need treatment, :(. I won't have insurance till the beginning of 2010 so I had a lot of, i mean A LOT OF concerns when it comes to the cost of the treatments. I literally bombed them with emails and asked tons of questions, and they replied ALL of them.
The first time I went there I had some x-rays and the hygienist examined my teeth and explained to me what was wrong with my teeth and then dr. Rohan came in for a short while and explained a bit more. It turned out that I need to have two visits to do the deep cleaning and I just had my first this morning. It was so much better than I thought and I am doing fine now. After the hygienist finished the STP today, Dr. Rohan came in for a very short moment and quickly checked the results (it seems that my hygienist is a newbie but she was not bad at all) and then left. I wanted to ask Dr. Rohan some questions but half my face was numb and my tongue felt not mine and plus I am a foreigner so I need to do some translation in my head before I speak out so missed the chance...
About Hygienist: I have met two hygienists already and both of them are friendly and knowledgeable and took good care of me. I will recommend Dr.Rohan's to others definitely.
