Dr. Young is a good dentist. Yet, it is impossible to get an appointment with her. They hardly ever answer the phone. You call the office several times and leave messages; noone ever gets back to you. When you are connected to someone, they are never helpful. The business is ran poorly. It's unfortunate b/c I really liked Dr. Young. Now I transferred my dental care to someone who is just as nice, if not nicer, and whose office offers professionalism.

I went to Dr. Young for my regular cleanings, etc. She is a very good denitst, but her office operations are very poor. They closed one of her offices for remodeling last summer and did not bother to inform me I needed to visit her other office. They don't return phone calls.

I would recommend her.She did a great job and I'm really happy....and pain free!!!I had 4 cavities.

Dr. Young is very personable and gentle during treatments. Her office is always willing to give insurance help. The front desk personnel are also very helpful.

I would recommend any of my friends and family to dr. young her and her staff make sure you're comfortable and pain-free.The doctor and her staff make you feel as if you've known them for a very long time and the cost is very reasonable.
