He was patient, honest, cared about the quality of his work, down to earth, skilled. He listened to my concerns and worked with me. I thought I had cavities and he said I did not - he is HONEST. He talked me through every step of the way. He explained what he was doing and what different things meant. He was thorough. I had a tooth cleaning and he repaired my front chipped tooth. He worked on it twice before setting it permanently to be sure I was 100% satisfied. I also had xrays to assure my teeth were healthy and no decay or cavities. He blew me away - I got very lucky with my referral to Dr Wilkin!

I first met Dr. Wilkin when he was practicing on the South Side of Chicago before opening his own practice. Many dentists have you coming back for weeks for procedures. Dr. Wilkin performs as much as possible on the day of your scheduled appointment. Also, you are not sitting around his office waiting to be serviced. He is conscientious of your scheduled appointment and respectful of your time as a patient. I am afraid of dentists and I must say I have never experienced any pain in the years in which he has treated not only me, but both my parents, both my children, ex-partner and some friends that I have recommended. I still reside on the SS of the city, but I travel the 25 miles to/from his office because of his personal demeanor, his commitment to the practice of dentistry and PAIN FREE peace of mind. The office does not accept credit cards but this is one sure way to stay out of debt. Vicky, the receptionist has been with him as long as I have been visiting the office. She is equally personable and attentive to your needs as a patient. In cases of emergency, the doctor can be reached after hours. It just doesn't get any better than this. I REFUSE to go any where else for treatment. Look no further for a dentist.

Dr. Wilkin is great. Reasonable fees, no unnecessary procedures and very personable. His assistant, Vicki, is also very good and especially helpful dealing with insurance.
