If you are paranoid to go to a dentist like me, Dr. Widen is the solution for any of your fears. I had a tooth pulled and 2 teeth restored with absolutely NO PAIN!!! I was amazed myself. I am one of those people who jumps around in a dentist's chair like a jumping bean. Dr. Widen is a dentist who understands people's fear of getting dental work done and will amaze you with his knowledge of how to minimize any discomfort.. Once you are relaxed is when his real talent begins. A while back he put veneers on my front teeth and the result was just phenomenal! Everyone was complementing me on how beautiful they looked and how nice it was to see me smile again. Another thing that impressed me was that Dr. Widen does not forget about his patients once they leave his office. He follows up with a phone call to check on you and make sure everything is okay. So, if your fear of dentists is holding you back from getting the dental work you need, you really need to give Dr. Widen a chance to prove that not all dentists are the same. Your experience at a dentist office doesn't have to be one of fear.....You just need to find the right dentist and in my opinion Dr. Widen might just be the one you are looking for.

Get EVERYTHING in writing!!! He will state one price for services, THEN switch and give you less than he stated, and want to charge you more! The quality of his work is extremely poor. I had to go to another Dentist, and even HE said the work was poorly done. I would NOT recommend this Dentist to anyone!!

veneers for front teeth. not painful. the cost was exhorbitant, furthermore, dr. widen says he "knows nothing about insurance," thus his office is unwilling to call the insurance provider prior to the procedure. this is extremely frustrating, especially when the office can make 1 simple call before the procedure. EVEN MORE FRUSATRATING when the procedure ends up costing $2,000.
the service is very nice and dr. widen uses ALL the newest equipment. unfortunately, he passes the costs of all the new equipment and gadgets to his customers. Also frustrating is that he recommends procedures that are not or may not be necessary on EVERY VISIT. i don't need to be asked whether i want to whiten my teeth or want new veneers on the rest of my teeth every visit, especially when my teeth are pretty white at is it. my teeth are also pretty straight and well-aligned as it is.
i hate to say this, but i think dr. widen is a rip-off. great service, clean office, great gadgets. BUT, not willing to work with clients on calling insurance pre-treatment, does not disclose cost of procedures BEFORE performing the procedures, and unnecessarily recommends procedures that may not be necessary and are PURELY COSMETIC on EVERY visit
