I totally agree with first reviewer, Dr. Wan is TOO MONEY FACE! Had some cosmetics dental work done (bleaching, veneers,etc) and he asked for resonable amount at first, then overcharge me later. I wasn't please with work and wanted some retouch and he got mad and said that' s additional charge. He's jack of all dentistry trade but master of NONE. Always proclaim himself as the best dentist around and other dentist can't compare to him. Only reason I had my work done by him was location and also he price me reasonably in the first place. Since I already paid I can't back out and cosmetic work is not covered by insurance. Worst investment and money I ever spent was on him. He is also very rough and doesn't ask patient's condition. DO NOT ever see this guy even if he is the last dentist remaining, heard he got a suspension currently but still practicing. Isn't that illegal? Don't know why he got suspended but serves him right. Best way would be to take away his dental license. He blemishes the word dentist!

William Wan did my braces, it was ok for less than a year after retainer was put in. But now it is crooked again and he wants to charge more for him to fix his bad job. He overcharge me for my copay in addition to overcharging my insurance company. He lied and pretend he did certain procedures but did not, just so he can charge insurance company even more. He is a CROOK and the WORST DENTIST in the whole wide world. DO NOT EVER GO SEE HIM AND BE CHEATED BY THIS MONEY FACE DENTIST. Another thing he treats his employees like dirt and curse them in front of patients.
