Great dentist, with great staff. They have looked after my wife and I well over the years, I trust them completely, great service, best dental care I have received without a doubt.
Roselle does a great job with the insurance, and sticks it out with getting payments, which is no mean feat, my insurance company are a bunch of clowns.
About Hygienist: Rebecca and Sophia are the two names I can remember off hand, but they are all great, very pleasant, they take their time, make you feel comfortable, and I hate dentists.

Dr. Rubenstein is a very pleasant woman who likes to listen to Opera while she works in your mouth. She has a masters and doctorate, so I'm guessing she is pretty smart. I have so far been pleased with her work. She has several hygienists in her office; some are great and extremely gentle, some are a bit rough with you. She also makes sure you are feeling no pain during the procedure. This can lead to a bit of novacaine overkill (once I didn't get full feeling back until twelve hours later!) but I would rather be numb later than in pain in that chair. I never paid full cost for my work up front, but rather they let me keep putting money down on my "tab". I guess this is good, as my insurance is slow to reimburse.

I had a really bad experience with this dentist. She told me I needed a $13,000 procedure when a second opinion revealed I didn't need it. She wouldn't discuss alternative treatment options. When I told her I couldn't afford the $13K she said I should get a bank loan. I felt like she was only interested in making money off of me.

Dr. Rubinstein is a very nice woman and a great dentist - I've had only excellent experiences at her office in Chicago.
