Dr. Planer and most of her staff are very impatient. When they run late, there is no apology at all. When you ask Dr. Planer question/concern about the undertaking treatment, she turns mad and looks irritable. You dare to challenge her. She also has her newborn baby staying with her in the office during her workdays. A very expensive dental place!
About Hygienist: Both hygienists are very professional. But, they are not the ones to cure problems.

The dentist did a poor job on at least 2 of my teeth and most of the staff were very rude. Overall very bad experience and I have heard others have similar experiences. Check BBB.org. Be very careful, they are nice at first but the qualtiy of work is just ok.
