laid back and proffessional; little to no pain.(he caters to cowards!). Bring cash because he doesn't trust your insurance company to pay in a timley manner (or pay the full amount). I had a bridge affixed in 1988, no problem since. Dr. Pettitt may be in his 70's, but he looks to be in his 50's. Very pleasurable experience every time I go. I hate pain.
