Poor chair-side manners. Could not complete the cleaning on my six year old child. She was incapable of working under stress. She completely stopped the cleaning and told me I needed to find a specialist because she could not handle a six who grabbed the suction tube during the cleaning. I asked if there was anyone else in the office who could complete the cleaning and she told me "Good Luck! You try and find someone!"
