Over the years I have had Dr Joesph do a root canal, fillings, cosmetic work, bridge and bridge removal. I have always had a fear of Dentists but Dr Joesph has erased all my fears. He is funny, compassionate and caring. He is constantly asking if you're OK and is totally pain free. His entire staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr Joesph especially for people that have had unpleasant experiences at the dentist.

I've been a customer of theirs since 2002 they were my primary dentists. From regular to orthodontic. My orthodontist recommended braces which i had for 2 years; he removed them right before retiring which was a little suspicious. The new orthodontist said oh they look pretty good; whatever that meant? After years of going back to that dentist and them making so much money off my insurance, i felt they were pushing me aside because they can't milk my insurance anymore. Now I'm receiving countless text messages and emails and letters, i was fed up. I've notified them by email several times and no response. They call me before the end of year so they can get whatever is left on my insurance. I made an appointment so i can get my retainer replaced because i bonded a tooth and now the retainer doesn't fit also its pretty old; i waited for one hour and no one there said anything to me about why the wait was so long and why Dr Smith told them to book another appointment with mine? Dr Smith had a poster summarizing how she takes pride in her patients and pays attention to their needs? What a bunch of BS! They don't appreciate customers that don't have much to offer them especially after so many many years. Dr Joseph is a fraud!

Dr. Joseph is the best dentist I have ever seen hands down! I have followed him through his different locations for years. 100% in my book!

Very disappointed in the service. Money seems to be the focus of this dentist, who can preform minor types of treatments, such as fillings, but anything complicated is out of his league. Do yourself a big favor; find another dentist.

Dr. Joseph and his staff do everything they can to make me comfortable. I was very afraid of pain when I first came and always asked for nitrous oxide, even for teeth cleaning. Dr. Joseph is aware of my budget difficulties, yet he always recommends what is necessary to save my teeth and to save me greater cost later on down the road. Several payment plans are available. Dr. Joseph is very kind and does excellent work. His staff are always cordial, friendly and professional.
About Hygienist: Every hygienist I have seen in Dr. Joseph's office has been cordial, friendly and professional. I have received instructions about good home dental practices and suggestions about the best materials to use. I ask for topical anesthetic on my gums to dull the pain because I don't like having my teeth cleaned. They are always obliging and very careful not to hurt me, yet they do an excellent job in cleaning my teeth.

All the procedures were extremely painful. He over drilled my farthest left molar for an inlay. The first time he did the procedure 0 out of 3 temperary inlays stayed. The permanent came out after 8 months. My jaw wasn't even fully healed from him weighing on it during the procedure. The second time, 7 temperary inlays never stayed put and I had to literally starve for a week; which was very damaging to my health. I got a second opinion and found out I needed a root canal and a metal post. I never returned for the second inlay. Right after he had finished with the first inlay, he drilled a previous cap flat, so that he could make money with new work. Three of these temporaries never stayed put and almost a year later the cap came off. This cap put an indent in the upper molar cusp and never fit the tooth area properly, even after being made three different times.

I am a total "chicken" when it comes to Dentistry. Dr. Joseph and his staff did everything in their power to make me comfortable and relaxed.
I have found a dentist for like, or as long as he will have me.
