no way and won't recommend. very disapppointed in services--seems to not be available for patients. front office just aweful

At first 6 years ago, Dr. Jackson seemed like a wonderful, affordable dentist. She convinced me that I should have my front five teeth root canaled. So I did. When my permanent crowns came in, she was not there to finish the job. One of her many associates did it and none of them fit. We are in 2012 and up to february this year I was going back and forth getting my crowns recemented. Have a new dentist now and I have been informed that I have to get upper dentures and implants. A waste of my money and time. Now I guess they are on the run. They have discontinued their number and just up and left and didn't tell anyone anything. I hate I ever went there. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

I previously was seen at this facility by a Dr. Allen Knox, but he was replaced later on by the office's owner, Dr. Marilyn D. Jackson because of claims of fraud by billing insurance for inproper/unperformed proceedures. Once I became a patient of Dr. Jackson she removed my teeth in prep for full on implants and dentures. As of yesterday she has refused any further treatment because her receptionist submitted the claim for my dentures incorrectly to my insurance. She has left me completely toothless and all she could do was refer me to yet another dentist to fix what she refuses to complete all because of a mix up on her end! She lied to me and mis lead me. Now I have waited for over a month for something that is going to take me yet another month of pain and humiliation to finally get finished with how long it takes for the insurance to accept the claim (so long as its submitted properly that is) Do not trust this woman or her establishment to preform dentistry on you, she is very misleading and unprofessional.

She's a great dentist. She took her time and put me at ease. I took my son to see Dr. Jackson and she even kept him calm.

Dr. Jackson was the first dentist I went to when I moved to Dolton in 1988. I was greeted with a smile and my wait time was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Jackson and her staff were very professional and answered all my questions while putting me a ease. I had no feeling of being rushed to make a decision. I required some bridge work and to this day have not had a problem with it. My insurance did not cover the entire cost and the office worked out a payment plan with me. I have been to several dentists since Dr. Jackson left the area, but have never had the level of service that I experienced with her office. Although they are out of the area, I plan to call for an appointment today! Thank you, Dr. Jackson.
