he has done a great job every single time as far as i know. all the procedures he has done were going through well and even the cost wasn't bad at all. the chair side manner was fine, too. i haven't seen any problem with that. thanks Dr. Hwang!

Dr Hwang is a nice guy and very personable. His communication skills with patients could use some work.
He wasn't able to map out a 'game plan' for correcting my bite, teeth and smile. It seemed like it became my job to figure out how to proceed each and every time. Eventhough I like him, I needed to change Dentists to complete the work.
He is only in the office part time and does not have voice mail or return calls left on his office answering machine. During an emergency I wasn't able to reach him.

I DO NOT recommend this dentist at all! The service is awful. On my initial visit, Dr. Hwang's assitant retrieved the wrong file and was prepared to have the doctor extract a few teeth when I only needed a few fillings. Fortunately, I asked lots of questions before he began the service otherwise my teeth would be missing. Also, Dr. Hwang said he would perform some services, but not all, as he was extremely busy that day and I would have to wait until he was free again (more than one month later). When I called to schedule the appointment (teeth cleaning), the receptionist said they were busy that day and she would have to call me back for the scheduling. I never received a call. (THANK GOD.)
