Very Unprofessional. They missed an appt. and never took accountability. Dr. Hanley herself was very unprofessional on the phone. She dismissed her responsibility as a provider to show up on time and treat patients when scheduled. She made many attempts to pass on responsibility (fault) to others.
Not someone that can be trusted to treat patients.

I've been going to this office for awhile, but have been always assigned to associates for procedures. The receptionist is very professional and the facility is comfortable.
About Hygienist: Hygienist has great chair side manner and is thorough

Wonderful! That about sums it up. Dr. Hanley has a great way of dealing with patients who haven't been to the dentist for years. There was no pain at all. Her staff is excellent and the hygenist is top notch. What I really liked the most is how she took time during the initial visit to discuss the plan, how she described / dictated the findings during the exam so I was informed, and that before the next visit she had discussed my case with collegues. There were no surprises.
