There was a lot of pain, the billing is and has been a total nightmare for the past four months. I'm still owed $250 that I was made to pay even when I stated that I wasn't meant to pay anything. The office felt rushed, understaffed, and underqualified.

Dr Falcone was a very plesant professional who I would even recommend to my grandmother. She was a very gentle and soothing voice to a person who had not visited a dentist in some time. I have already recommended her to several people and no longer dread going to the dentist.

Dr. Falcone and staff are great and very friendly. The service Dr. Falcone does goes above and beyond the call of duty for he patients, along with the rest of her staff. Dr. Falcone works out of Dr. Genovese's ofice. Dr. Genovese also goes above and beyond call of duty for her patients. They are two great dentists in the city of Chicago
