He's a know it all with a very mellow dramatic, pompous, sexist attitude.

Treatment, unsuccessful because I refuse to come back to a rude dentist. Facilities, dark and uncomfortable. Chair side manner, he talked about himself the entire visit, after I waited for over an hour. Office staff is ruder than he is. I wouldn't recommend sending the prisoners of Guantanamo Bay or my worst enemy here.

Dr. Covington is a friendly doctor who gives you all options of treatment. The doctor was able to save my tooth with out pulling it. I was very pleased with the overall service including his staff. The office staff is very friendly and professional.

He has a terrible chair side manner; he's arrogant; his facilities are out dated and after going to a dentist who actually know what he's doing; I found out that Dr. Covington placed the brackets on my teeth too high which impacted my orthodontic treatment.

This is the worst place I have ever been! I can't believe how unprofessional he and his staff are! There were 2 different customers there the day I was there and the police were called. The one lady had him take off her sons braces, and didn't even want the dentist's services free! The other lady had issues with her kid's brackets coming off. We were there for a consultation and walked out because Dr. Covington was nasty to the police and wouldn't even come out to discuss it. He wouldn't release the 2 ladies medical information, so they could go somewhere else. Well, I could and did. Everyone in the office started talking to each other and everyone had problems with their kids brackets coming off! He had a letter posted on the wall saying you couldn't video or take pics of the office, which was not very clean.
