Great! Very nice. Not too painful. Insurance is easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Dr. Chang is an extremely talented dentist. She provides comfort to those afraid of going to the dentist. I drive over an hour just to see her.

unbelievable she is the worst dentist I have ever seen. She completely botched up a bridge that she done for me and was rude, rough and barely spoke decent english. I am so mad that I let her do any work as now I have to have it all redone--DO NOT GO HERE.I am surprised she is still in business

I went to see Dr. Chang out of desperation - I had cracked a tooth and was in a lot of pain. I figured since she was Loyola-educated, practiced for 20 years and could afford an office in Lincoln Park, she couldn't be that bad. WRONG! She was so rough on my mouth that I bled constantly. I now have 2 temporary crowns in my mouth that ache every day. I am NOT going back to her. I find it odd that she requires cash payment - no credit cards, no checks. I wonder if she reports all of this to the IRS? Anyway, her office staff was rude, her "shop" is an old store front with all the ambiance of a meat packing facility and she requires pre-payment in cash for all services. Boy, do I feel like a sucker. She is the WORST!!!!! She also had ZERO bedside manner. A small girl was in the chair next to me (only a partial wall separated us - no separate rooms!) and this dentist scared the crap out of her. The poor girl screamed and she and her mother left in tears. The good news is that they will probably find a much nicer dentist the next time around, who also believes in patient privacy (HIPA act anyone??!). DO NOT SEE THIS DENTIST!!!!

Do not see this dentist! I saw Dr. Chang for the replacement of two damaged crowns which I had since childhood; however, she could not complete the task-- even after 8 visits to her chair! The first crown she delivered broke after one week. The second did not fit and my bite was so disarranged that it caused constant pain in my jaw and I could not eat properly. After three days the second crown also broke. I have given up on this dentist and her excuses which I'm sure her other patients will recognize. She blamed the humidity for the fact that her temporary crowns never fit or stayed on longer than a day. She blamed my previous dental work for the misaligned bite which is a direct result of her horrible craftsmanship. She also repeatedly blames her patients insurance, saying she is bending over backwards for you. Dr. Chang is, quite frankly, incompetent.

Took my daughter to Dr. Chang. She reported she had no cavities.I was turned off by her office manner--i.e patient's with my type of insurance are generally not seen on Sat (but she was doing me a favor )and that this was ,"per your ins read your benefits".However when I called my dental hmo to question this they said this was false-they did not specify any treatment days.Took my daughter to another dentist who found 9.cavities.As you can imagine I was confused to go from none to 9 In a period of 2 mos.Iinsurance paid for "a second opinion" which concurred with the nine cavities that Dr. Chang had somehow not seen or overlooked?!Strange since some of the cavities were significant. I would not reccomend this dentist at all.Made me wonder what other standards she was overlooking.
